The purpose of Clinton/Jackson Early Childhood Iowa is to meet the needs of local children birth-5 years of age and their families while meeting the specific goals established by the Iowa legislature.
The vision of Clinton/Jackson Early Childhood Iowa is that every child, beginning at birth will be healthy and successful.

- Provide resources and support for healthy parenting
- Improve the availability and access to quality health care services
