8/28/2018: PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT 

Z36 (380th Avenue) will be closed to through traffic approximately 3 miles south of State Highway 136, for a bridge replacement project.  The road may be closed beginning on Friday, August 31, 2018.  A detour route will be signed.  The road may be closed for up to 60 working days as per the contract.

The Clinton County Secondary Road Department maintains 200 miles of paved roads, 800 miles of gravel roads and over 300 bridges in an efficient and economical manner.  It is the duty of the Board of Supervisors to establish policies, such as the Snow Removal Policy, and to provide adequate funding in order to properly maintain the secondary road system.
 
 The Secondary Road Department is also responsible for 911-address signage.
