Community Student Loan Assistance
This program is for individuals with student loan debt who are becoming new residents in Clinton County. A new resident who meets the qualifications may receive $30 a month (per qualifying entity) toward the individual’s student loan debt.
Prescription Discount Card
The Clinton County Discount Card Program, in partnership with the National Association of Counties (NACo), can help county residents save money on their prescriptions that are not covered by insurance.
