Eden Valley Conservation Storage Shed

Sealed Competitive quotes will be received at the Clinton County Conservation Board Grand Mound Office, 2308 255th St, P.O. Box 68, Grand Mound, 52751, until 6:00 PM on March 18th, 2025 for the construction of a storage shed at the Eden Valley Park and Preserve, located at 1415 50th Ave, Baldwin, IA 52207. All bidders will be required to meet with the Conservation Director, or his authorized representative, at the site prior to submitting a quote.
Sealed competitive quotes will be opened at 6:05 PM on March 18th, 2025, and will be acted upon by the Clinton County Conservation Board at the Grand Mound Conservation Office, or at a later time or place to be decided. Bid proposal documents may be obtained at the Grand Mound Conservation Office at the above address. Clinton County will issue a sales tax exemption certificate to the contractor for the purchase of the materials to be used on this project.
Required Completion Date: June 30th, 2025
Liquidate Damages - $50.00 per day
An acceptable Performance Bond and Certificate of Insurance must be submitted in the amount of the contract to the County within 30 days of approval of awarding the contract. Failure to do so will result in sufficient cause for the denial of the award.
