After April 30, 2013, Clinton County Health Department staff will no longer be responsible for licensing or inspecting food or lodging establishments.

Beginning May 1, 2013, all renewals, applications, questions and concerns related to food and lodging establishment licensure and payments must be directed to the Department of Inspections, Appeals, and Licensing (DIAL) att:
